Job Summary: Operating Room Registered Nurse El Paso, Texas
The Operating Room Registered Nurse provides direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis and supports unit-level coordination of nursing services. The role includes supervision of staff to whom appropriate care is delegated and accountability for safe, high-quality, and appropriate nursing care. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift; 7.5 shift hours; minimum 37.5 hours per week.
• Duration: Minimum 13 weeks; maximum 16 weeks.

• Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis.
  • Support unit-level nursing operations related to patient care.
  • Supervise staff to whom care is appropriately delegated.
  • Support the facility leadership team to help ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
  • Support clinical staff competency and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
