Millwright Opportunity
CR Minerals is seeking a dependable and hardworking individual ready to begin a long-term career as a full-time Millwright. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety in a MSHA-regulated facility.

Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding and fabrication using mild steel materials
- Conduct maintenance on material handling equipment including:
- Belt Conveyors
- Bucket Elevators
- Screw Conveyors
- Screeners
- Crushers and Mills
- Carry out basic mechanical maintenance on mobile equipment (e.g., oil changes)
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment
Requirements
- Must demonstrate knowledge and ability to perform listed tasks
- Must pass a drug screen and fit-for-duty physical prior to employment
- Must comply with CR Minerals' zero-tolerance drug policy, including random drug testing
- Must complete all required safety training (provided before start)
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
- Forklift, man lift, and loader operation
- Basic computer skills
