Aircraft Fueler

The aircraft Fueler responsibility is to the safe and efficient fueling/defueling and servicing of aircrafts at the airport. You will need to perform simple mathematical functions such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing with regards to weight, measurement and volume to interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions as they pertain to fueling.

This role requires you to maintain a safe and secure work environment, in accordance with local health, safety, and security policies and procedures.

You will be performing fueling in a safe and efficient manner, driving and operating fuel trucks, hydrant cards, and stationary carts to fuel aircraft. You will be responsible for accurate accounting of fuel transactions, performing daily Quality Control checks on equipment, maintaining equipment in clean and functional condition, ensuring the correct loading and balancing of fuel, and responsible for defueling aircraft as directed.

You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures. Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English and perform basic math calculations. Handle fueling carts and fueling hoses which will require you to lift and move up to 70lbs. Work is done primarily outdoors; must be comfortable working in all weather conditions. Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays. Prior experience preferred including possession of a Commercial Driver's License or experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
