Security Guard

Description We are seeking a dependable and professional Overnight Security Guard to provide security and guest support for four downtown hotel properties located within a four-block radius. Responsibilities Patrol four downtown hotel properties throughout the overnight shift. Walk outdoors between properties and remain visible and alert. Escort guests and employees to their vehicles when requested. Monitor properties for suspicious activity, safety concerns, and disturbances. Respond appropriately to guest, employee, and property security concerns. Document incidents and communicate concerns to hotel management. Assist with maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and employees. Receive cross-training in front desk operations to assist overnight guests as needed. Qualifications Dependable and comfortable working independently overnight. Able to walk and remain on your feet for extended periods. Comfortable walking outdoors in downtown conditions and varying weather. Professional communication and customer-service skills. Able to remain calm and use good judgment when handling security concerns. Previous security, hospitality, or customer-service experience is preferred.
