Occupational Therapist

Position Overview:

• RehabVisions South Bend PT & Sports Medicine Clinic in South Bend, Washington
• Our clinic has been serving the South Bend community for 13 years
• Outpatient clinic is owned and operated by RehabVisions
• Growth opportunity, caseload building
• Caseload is primarily clinic outpatient and some inpatient coverage at Willapa Harbor hospital (acute care and swing bed)
• Pay range $39 - $45 per hour, depending on experience for full-time. A pay-for-performance plan with incentives tied to your clinical results.
• Flexible $8,000 career bonus - use it for sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, or combination
• AI-assisted documentation in all clinics to streamline charting and save time
• Cutting-edge equipment in select locations: VALD force plates, VALD strength and ROM testing, and Neubie electrical stimulation
• Evidence-based clinical programs to help you deliver top-quality patient outcomes
• Part-time and PRN/on-call hours also available

Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients
• Complete documentation
• Plan, market and develop new programs
• Communicate with patients, patients' families and physicians and staff
• Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
• Assist in the general operation of the department
• Supervise COTA's in accordance to state regulations as necessary

Occupational Therapist Job Requirements:

• Bachelors (B.A., B.S.) or Master's degree (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy
• Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program
• Possess or be eligible for WA state licensure
