Position Summary

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Travel Reservations Specialists. This position focuses on helping clients research available vacation services, coordinate reservations, and keep important booking information accurate and organized.

You may assist with accommodations, cruises, resort packages, transportation, tours, excursions, family vacations, couples getaways, and other leisure travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather client information and reservation requirements
• Research available accommodations, cruises, packages, tours, and transportation
• Compare suitable choices based on dates, preferences, and budget
• Assist clients with selecting and coordinating requested services
• Process arrangements through approved supplier platforms
• Review names, dates, pricing, and reservation details for accuracy
• Organize confirmations and important trip information
• Monitor payment dates and other booking deadlines
• Respond to client questions and provide reservation updates
• Assist with routine modifications when needed
• Maintain accurate booking and client records

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with online systems and conducting research
• Able to manage multiple requests and deadlines
• Dependable and capable of working independently
• Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
• Willing to learn supplier and reservation platforms
• Reliable internet access and compatible device
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
