Admissions Assistant and Facility Marketer-Northwood Purpose of Your Job Position A nursing home marketer focuses on promoting long-term care facilities, including skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities to attract residents and families. Their responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, buildings relationships with referral sources, conducting facility tours, and creating a positive public image of the facility. Responsibilities Developing Marketing Strategies: Creating and executing comprehensive marketing plans to increase occupancy rates and promote the facility’s services Building relationships: Establishing and maintaining connections with hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers to generate referrals/ Community outreach: Engaging with the local community to raise awareness about the facility and its services Plan local events to advertise and promote the facility in a positive light Conducting tours: Providing tours of the facility to potential resident anther families All other duties as assisgned by the Administrator, Social Services Director and Director of Admissions and Marketing #J-18808-Ljbffr Serenity Spring Senior Living at Northwood
