Women's RTW Expert & Client Development Lead

Summary The Expert Client Advisor for Women's Ready-to-Wear acts as an in-store ambassador focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving the ready-to-wear business. This role centers on deep product expertise, client development, and supporting the team through coaching and training. Responsibilities Serve as the store subject‑matter expert for women's ready‑to‑wear and represent the brand on the selling floor. Drive RTW sales and maintain top seller performance within the category. Deliver product training and support new launches to the sales team. Develop and manage a personal portfolio of clients and pursue client development activities. Communicate corporate strategy and business information through briefings, trainings and 1:1 coaching. Observe selling interactions and partner with team members to improve clienteling and category presentation. Requirements Passion for the brand and the ready‑to‑wear category with outstanding product knowledge. Excellent storytelling and interpersonal skills to engage and develop clients. Proven ability to lead sales in a category and drive commercial results through clienteling. Experience in training, coaching, and communicating business priorities to a retail team.
