The Project Engineer will work closely with plant leadership and engineering teams to assist with planning, coordination, and implementation of infrastructure-related projects. The Project Engineer will provide additional engineering support during a defined period of increased project activity.**Project Engineer Responsibilities*** Support the execution of capital projects, including scope development, layout reviews, and implementation activities* Develop, review, and update drawings using AutoCAD to support project planning and execution* Assist with coordination across disciplines related to plant infrastructure systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP)* Participate in site walks, equipment layouts, and installation planning* Support documentation, tracking, and reporting of capital project progress* Collaborate with maintenance, operations, contractors, and engineering resources to ensure projects are executed safely and efficiently**Project Engineer Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in engineering* Proficient in AutoCAD* Experience with plant infrastructure systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP)* Ability to stay organized and communicate across disciplines**Project Engineer Additional Skills*** Experience supporting capital projects in a manufacturing or plant environment* Familiar with industry safety standards and project execution practices* Experience working in an union environment-Hunter International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
