Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and oversee the production process of goods and materials.
• Works to improve the efficiency and quality of the manufacturing process.
• Analyzes production data for improvement.
• Ensures quality control.
• Develops and implements new technologies.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure efficient production
• Research automation techniques and test new systems for efficiency
• Ensure efficient cost-effective production of goods

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred

Experience: 3 + years of manufacturing experience required

Reading Ability: Must be able to read and understand English

Skills:

• Must be able to demonstrate basic measuring/mechanical skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Microsoft Office, or other engineering software
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma/AutoCAD/ SolidWorks /Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Programming /Failure Modes and Effective Analysis (FMEA)/Kaizen/Root Cause Analysis/CNC Machining/ISO Standards
