• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.  We treat our members like family here.
• Our parallel bars are high and so are our standards! You’ll be the one to oversee our program quality to ensure every class meets or exceeds the curriculum expectations put forth by The Little Gym International.
• Okay TEAM, let’s get in formation! You’ll be training & evaluating the team to keep everyone at the top of their game to help us maintain our bragging rights as #1 Children’s Fitness Franchise.

• You’re totally open to being a goofball and love giving high 5’s.  (A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics helps as well)
