Serve as the primary contact with vendors, presenters, and stakeholders during the event planning process to determine best options and ensure alignment. Develop and control timelines, regularly reassessing risks throughout the project life cycle. Revise project plans as needed to maintain alignment with other projects and business strategy. Drive return on investment through collection and analysis of event data, determining success and reporting outcomes. Lead complex project teams to ensure successful operation of all event details and components—whether in‑person, virtual, or hybrid—including travel, lodging, attendee management, speakers, entertainment, A/V, production, decor, gifts, amenities, print collateral, and onsite event management. Develop and ensure event budgets are met, allocating funds based on priorities and justifying overages with proper approvals. Partner and negotiate with vendors to establish relationship and appropriate offerings. Vet outside speakers and ensure they are prepared to attend events. Ensure content aligns and drives event intent. Collaborate with Corporate events team on large‑scale events to ensure business needs and expectations are met. Serve as the voice of leaders and provide direct or indirect leadership to lower‑level event planners. Follow compliance guidelines on gifting, travel, meals, and other items pertaining to NF meetings and events. Map and drive department recognition programs for effectiveness and accuracy. Perform other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, event planning, or a related field. Seven or more years of corporate event planning or related experience.
