Assistant/e Dir Régional en alternance (F/H) - NIMES

Description du poste En tant qu’Assistant(e) de Direction Régional(e), vous jouez un rôle central dans le fonctionnement de la Direction Régionale et dans la coordination entre commerce. Au sein de la Direction Régionale, l’assistant(e) de Direction Régional Commerciale accompagne le Directeur Régional Intégrateur ou Clients Finaux et le Directeur du CRCE dans sa gestion quotidienne et participe activement au développement commercial. Rattaché(e) au Directeur Régional Intégrateur, vous serez chargé(e) de : Assister les Directeurs Préparer les réunions, rédiger les comptes‑rendus, suivre les actions. Gérer l’administratif quotidien et les dossiers spécifiques. Affecter les comptes clients et, selon périmètre, préparer les dossiers d’appels d’offres. Gérer les dossiers administratifs clients Saisir et contrôler les marges des dérogations. Traiter les litiges avec la comptabilité fournisseur. Suivre les ouvertures de comptes et la facturation fournisseurs. Gérer les encours simples avec le Crédit Management. Assurer l’interface commerce / support Suivre le planning des congés. Mettre à jour les plaquettes commerciales. Coordonner les demandes RH du périmètre. Contribuer aux opérations commerciales Préparer les actions commerciales et événements. Diffuser les informations régionales et préparer les réunions. Assurer le lien entre Commerce et Comptabilité. Des déplacements occasionnels sont à prévoir. Qualifications Vous préparez un diplôme BAC +2 commerce et vous souhaitez vous former au sein d'une entreprise de distribution B to B. Vous avez une appétence pour travailler dans un environnement technique avec une clientèle de professionnels. Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils de communication à distance ainsi que le Pack Office. Vous possédez de bonnes compétences rédactionnelles et êtes à l'aise à l'oral. Autonome, organisé(e), curieux(se), vous possédez un bon esprit d'équipe. Informations supplémentaires
