Outpatient Therapist (LMSW, LMFT or LPC) $6000 retention bonus offered! Location: Flint, MI Hours: Full time, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6pm with some flexibility (some evening hours as needed.) Join a Team That Cares About People - Including You Our client is seeking a compassionate and motivated fully licensed professional to provide high-quality behavioral services in a supportive, client-centered, and fun professional environment. What You’ll Do: Provide individual and family therapy services across diverse populations Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-person care Support clients navigating mental health, social challenges, and community resources. What You Bring: Active license in Michigan as an LMSW, LPC, or LMFT.
