Service Advisor – Automotive

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights or Weekends
Erie, PA

We are a respected, independently family-owned automotive repair facility in Erie and we are hiring a Service Advisor to join our professional team. We provide high-level service comparable to premium dealerships while maintaining a supportive, family-owned culture.

We service all makes and models , including European and diesel vehicles , and are known for honest recommendations, a thorough comprehensive approach at every visit and long-term client relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, motivated Service Advisor seeking strong compensation, benefits, and true work–life balance in a career. Not a “job”.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Document vehicle concerns and service requests
Present estimates and explain repairs clearly
Schedule appointments and manage workflow
Communicate with technicians and clients
Maintain accurate invoices and service records

Qualifications

Independent Repair Facility Service Advisor experience preferred
Knowledge of the automotive repair industry necessary
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Professional and reliable
Sales or customer service background a plus
