Guest Services Representative
RPM Raceway is developing one of the most exciting competitive social experiences in the USA. RPM is an experiential entertainment experience leading with multi-level high speed go-kart racing, immersive gaming arenas and attractions, and premium food & beverage programs. RPM Raceway Chicago is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Guest Service Representatives to be the face of our venue. If you enjoy creating memorable experiences, helping guests, and working in a fast-paced entertainment environment, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with check-in, reservations, and attraction registration
- Answer guest questions and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Help create a fun, positive, and memorable experience for every guest
What We're Looking For:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
