Compensation and Schedule

• Pay ranges from $24 to $28 per hour when working with clients plus tips and commission
• Part time and full time positions available
• Flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Our Somers location serves clients throughout Somers, Enfield, Ellington, and surrounding communities who are focused on recovery, injury prevention, and improving overall mobility and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customized one on one assisted stretch sessions based on client needs
• Educate clients on flexibility, recovery, mobility, and injury prevention
• Build strong client relationships to support retention and membership growth
• Assist with local marketing efforts including community events and partnerships
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming studio environment

Paid Training and Certification

No prior assisted stretching experience required. All hires complete StretchLab’s Flexologist Training Program at no cost.

• Includes approximately 30 hours of hands on and online training
• Learn assisted stretching techniques, anatomy fundamentals, and mobility science
• Ongoing education and development opportunities

✅ Ideal Candidates

We are looking for candidates with backgrounds in fitness, bodywork, or movement related fields, including personal training, massage therapy, physical therapy assisting, yoga instruction, Pilates coaching, dance, or kinesiology.

Successful candidates typically have at least one year of experience in fitness or movement, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others improve their health and performance.
