Travel RN – Medical Surgical / Orthopedic (3rd Floor) – Days

Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Days | 3x12 | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week | 13-Week Assignment | Start Time: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical Orthopedic and Spine unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to weekend scheduling requirements as determined by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma State Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience on a Medical Surgical unit with orthopedic and spine specialty
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts including weekends as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical or Orthopedic setting
• Familiarity with orthopedic and spine post-operative patient care protocols
