Our company is currently seeking an Experienced Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Multiple locations and accounts to organize
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
We are a bilingual accounting practice and insurance agency. Our agency has several office locations and covers a diverse area of practice.
