Inventory SpecialistAs an Inventory Specialist, you will support various inventory activities within the company. This might include pulling parts, building sets, inspection and quality control, and shipping. This is a high-energy, deadline-driven, and collaborative team that works together to meet daily deadlines to ship products. This position works from the direction of the Materials Manager to process inventory. This is a onsite position only.ResponsibilitiesReceiving inventory and data input into SAP systemPicking orders from finished goods inventory using the SAPPackaging of shipmentsCreation of shipping labels within FEDEXCleaning of incoming surgical instrumentsInspection of surgical instrumentsReconciliation of inventory using ERP softwareWork ScheduleMonday – Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PMMust be available for on-call duties during rotating weekendsRequirementsMust have a minimum of 3 years with warehouse-related activitiesMust possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving recordExperience in QC, audit, or receiving is preferredExcellent computer skills; Windows, MS Excel, MS WordExperience with SAP desiredExcellent communication and personal skillsExcellent organizational skillsDetail OrientedPhysical RequirementsThis position requires the ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 pounds on occasionMust be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of timeMust be able to reach, bend, push, lift, and climb continuouslyReach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
