School Psychologist - Hybrid - Sugar Land, TX

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a school-based role in Sugar Land, TX for the 26/27 school year. This is a full-time, hybrid position supporting a local school district with School Psychology services with a schedule of 4 days on site and 1 day remote. Monolingual or bilingual candidates are invited to apply. Minimum Requirements Active School Psychologist license/credential valid in TX Graduate degree (Ed.S. or higher) from a NASP‑approved or equivalent program Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and participating in IEP team processes What you’ll do Conduct on‑site psychoeducational evaluations—including cognitive, academic, social‑emotional, and behavioral assessments Collaborate with IEP teams, school staff, and families to develop and support student success plans Complete documentation, report writing, and eligibility meetings (remote documentation flexibility where permitted by district) Provide consultation and evidence‑based recommendations to school teams Work as part of a clinically led team focused on service quality and student outcomes Hybrid work schedule—4 days on site, 1 day remote Why you’ll love working with us Competitive pay & benefits: market‑aligned compensation with spread pay plan to allow for consistent income throughout the year and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and wellness stipends.
