What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient hospitalist services in a hospital setting, supporting adult patients
• Respond to rapid response calls, code alarms, and assist with ICU patient care
• Collaborate with a team of 5-6 providers, including physicians and possibly advanced practice providers
• Cover various shifts, including nights, days, and swings, based on availability
• Assist with patient management, stabilization, and discharge planning
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and charting
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team supporting adult inpatient care

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine
• Wisconsin State License (or willing to license)
• DEA and BLS/ACLS Certifications
• Proven inpatient/outpatient hospital experience with at least 10 patients documented in the last 2 years
• Ability to drive to shifts, as scheduling may vary

Preferred:

• Experience caring for ICU patients
• Comfort with responding to rapid responses and codes
