Altaflex, a division of OSI Electronics, is seeking a Receiver/Kitter to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and stocking incoming goods from suppliers, and includes documenting, labeling, organizing, and distributing materials, components, and miscellaneous facility items. This role supports stockroom organization and kitting of parts for assembly, with a focus on document archival activities to ensure materials are properly recorded, traceable, and available for production and departmental needs.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving: Receive incoming packages and accurately record receipt information, distributing items to appropriate departments, personnel or job locations. Validate incoming material properties such as raw material, copper, and stiffener thickness. Record parts and related information into Bills of Materials (BOMs) and applicable tracking documentation. Label materials and components clearly and accurately for identification, traceability, and production use. Kit received parts and materials into jobs based on production requirements and documentation. Record items received into the system against applicable purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Stockroom management: Organize, maintain, and monitor assembly kits and materials stored in the stockroom. Ensure work order component kits are properly labeled, staged, and stored in a clean and orderly manner ready for the assembly team to utilize. Assist with maintaining stockroom organization to support efficient material flow and production readiness. Identify and communicate all discrepancies, missing items, damaged materials, or documentation issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Document management: Scanning packing slips, COCs, material certs, and relevant receiving documents. Maintain accurate electronic records by filing receiving documentation into designated system folders. Ensure documentation is complete, organized, and readily accessible for quality, compliance, production, and audit purposes. Support document archival activities by following established naming conventions, folder structures, and retention practices. Maintain the production schedule data.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Relevant work experience may be substituted for a degree.
• 1+ years experience in a manufacturing environment required; PCB/FPCB manufacturing desired.
• Must be dependable, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced production support environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel for tracking, data entry, and basic record maintenance required.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.) is required.
• Must have strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation, labeling, and system entries.
• Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision while following established procedures.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to coordinate with production, purchasing, quality, and other departments are essential.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in the business language (English).
