Logistics & Supply Chain Management Specialist

Role Overview

Apply hands-on logistics expertise to improve how AI systems understand supply chain processes, documentation, and real-world operational challenges. You will support a remote customer project focused on optimizing supply chain workflows and records, using your knowledge to provide accurate, industry-informed input. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and provide input on packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers for authenticity, accuracy, and industry compliance.
• Create and annotate sample logistics documentation that demonstrates supply chain management best practices.
• Assess supply chain workflows and recommend improvements based on practical experience.
• Provide detailed feedback on logistics scenarios, with emphasis on document structure and process optimization.
• Work with project teams to clarify requirements and explain complex logistics concepts clearly.
• Validate the relevance and correctness of supply chain data sets as part of quality assurance activities.
• Help develop training materials and resources that reflect industry standards and nuanced global supply chain challenges.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management, particularly with packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• Comprehensive knowledge of logistics workflows, documentation, and global supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical skills and experience identifying logistics process improvements.
• Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing and creating supply chain documentation.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in English.
• Comfort working independently in a remote, collaborative environment while delivering timely, high-quality work.
• A master''s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $40 to $50 per hour.
