Director of Machine Learning - User Value & Growth
Unity
Unity is seeking a visionary Director of Machine Learning to lead the User Value team in Mountain View. You will bridge complex ML paradigms with core product strategy, managing scientists and ML engineers to translate models into value for advertisers and users.
You will define multi-year roadmaps, mentor teams, and partner with Product, Design, and Data Science to uncover opportunities where ML solves customer pain points and drives retention and growth.
