Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1+ years of PTA experience
• LTC or Rehab experience
• Active PTA license at time of submission

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Shift length: 8-hour days
• Start time must be no earlier than 6AM and no later than 10AM
• Start time may be flexible if kept consistent and communicated with the DOR
• No weekends

Location Highlights

Ada, Oklahoma offers a small-city setting with access to regional outdoor recreation and cultural attractions. Wintersmith Park spans more than 150 acres within the city and includes walking trails, a lake, and sports facilities for outdoor downtime.
