If you're a hardworking individual who thrives in a team environment, this is an opportunity to join a growing company in the field.Position Summary: The Swamper is responsible for assisting with the safe loading, unloading, and transportation of rig moving and frac equipment at active job sites. This role works closely with drivers, operators, and riggers to support daily operations, maintain job site safety, and ensure equipment is handled properly.Key Responsibilities:Assist with loading, unloading, and securing rig moving and frac equipmentAct as a ground guide for equipment operators during transport and staging operationsOrganize, inspect, and maintain rigging equipment (chains, shackles, straps, tag lines)Support rigging operations by staging and delivering necessary equipment to the crewUse tag lines to help stabilize loads during lifting operationsAssist with rig mobilizations, demobilizations, and frac fleet movesPerform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and report any safety concernsMaintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and equipmentFollow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations at all timesCommunicate effectively with crew members to ensure safe and efficient operationsQualifications:Previous experience as a swamper or in a similar oil & gas field role preferredBasic knowledge of rigging equipment and load handling practices is a plusStrong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced environmentAbility to follow direction and work effectively as part of a teamCommitment to safety and attention to detailPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularlyAbility to perform physically demanding tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periodsAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditionsWillingness to work in challenging environments, including uneven terrainWork Schedule:Flexible schedule required, including extended hours, weekends, and overnight travel based on job demandsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive payHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysLife and disability insurancePer diem for out-of-town assignmentsOngoing training and advancement opportunitiesTeam-oriented work environmentHow to Apply: Submit your resume along with a brief summary of your experience.
