Why Join Our Team Daily Pay – Work Today, Get Paid Today Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Employer Contributions Paid Time Off (PTO) Company-Paid Life Insurance Stable Leadership & Supportive Team Environment Opportunity to grow within a mission‑driven organization What You’ll Do Central Supply Management Maintain inventory and par levels for medical supplies, PPE, and essential items Receive, stock, rotate, and track supply usage Manage vendor orders, backorders, and deliveries Support infection control through proper supply handling and storage Staffing Coordination Build and distribute staff schedules Track call‑offs and assist with real‑time coverage solutions Communicate staffing updates with nursing leadership Assist with timekeeping corrections and agency coordination as needed Transportation Support Safely transport residents to medical appointments Complete vehicle inspections and required documentation Maintain clean, safe, and ready‑to‑use vehicles Assist with pharmacy, lab, and supply runs CNA Floor Support (When Needed) Provide hands‑on resident care, including ADLs, vitals, and mobility assistance Respond to call lights and support meals, hydration, and restorative care Promote resident dignity, safety, and comfort at all times What We’re Looking For Active Texas CNA certification (required) Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record (required) Experience in skilled nursing (SNF) strongly preferred Background in central supply, staffing/scheduling, or healthcare operations a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift Basic computer skills (EMR, scheduling, timekeeping systems) Strong organization, communication, and follow‑through Ability to multitask, problem‑solve, and stay calm under pressure Schedule Full-Time | Primarily 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Flexibility required based on staffing and operational needs Why This Role Matters This position is the backbone of daily operations—ensuring staff are supported, supplies are ready, and residents receive seamless care.
