Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Tennessee PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Client requires competency with documentation in electronic medical records systems. (Preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel PTA experience preferred.
• Experience with restorative programs, transfers, and mobility training preferred.
