Urology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8;24;On Call Pay Rate: $294.88 - $319.20

This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Scheduled: 8a-4p - Clinic + Night call (5p-8a) + 24-hour call, every 1 to 6 days
• Practice Setting: Clinic Setting
• Required Procedures: bread and butter urology, robot available, general urology care in clinic and on call, Cystoscopy, vasectomies, prostate biopsy
• 20 to 25 patients per day
• Credentialing Time frame: 3 months
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Certification Required: Board Certified/Board Eligible, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) 
• licensure: Washington
