Clinical Liaison (RN) job at The Carpenter Health Network. Lafayette, LA. St. Joseph Hospice located in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Liaison (RN) to join our team. We are seeking a candidate with a strong clinical background, payer knowledge, and great communication skills. The Clinical Liaison (RN) will be responsible for working with physicians, case managers, and patients' families to assist in providing the best continuum of care for patients that require hospice care.
