Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions./pulliCommitted to safety by performing all required tasks in accordance with established Company Policies, Procedures, and Safe Work Practices./liliUnderstands Quality and is committed to performing work in accordance with established Company Policies and Procedures./liliDemonstrates a commitment to being at workstation on time./liliMeets all established Company KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)/liliReports directly to the Extrusion Supervisor and assists the Level III / Designee in set up and operation of the assigned production equipment/machine./liliUnder the guidance of Level III / designee, Extrusion Supervisor or Manufacturing Manager the Level II Operator operates assigned equipment/machinery for the purpose of producing production, test, or experimental pipe./liliInspects work in progress, as well as the overall finished product to ensure compliance with Company Quality standards./liliMaintains work center cleanliness, including material storage areas, in accordance with facility operating policies and Standard Operating Instructions./liliCompletes required documentation records, as required, in accordance with procedures./liliSuccessfully complete 16-hour Ultrasonic Testing Training (UTT) Course./liliComplete Quality Module IV for Extrusion./liliUnderstand Manufacturing Design Specifications (MDS)./liliMust be able to identify process variation and communicate to Level II, Level III and Extrusion Supervisor any process changes./liliComplete 40 hours of Ultrasonic Testing D-meter experience./liliSuccessfully complete NDE Ultrasonic Testing Certification./liliAble to identify anomalies and/or non-conformances./liliAssists Lead Operator in analyzing and resolving line operations problems./liliWhen applicable, loads material into machine for production runs, including maintaining material traceability./liliAssists Level III Operator, and Extrusion Supervisor for the purpose of coordinating activities associated with the work center./liliAssists in all work areas in accordance with the Standard Work Instructions, Policies, and Procedures, as directed by the Extrusion Supervisor./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpstrongSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/ppTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
