Fetal Cardiac Sonographer

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. No call or weekend shifts required.

The Fetal Cardiac Sonographer is responsible for performing fetal echocardiography using advanced technology and equipment. This role requires a highly skilled professional who collaborates with the healthcare team to facilitate accurate medical diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

• Perform fetal echocardiograms and analyze results to provide a preliminary written report.
• Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort.
• Utilize 2D optimization and 3D manipulation techniques with ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic information.
• Collaborate with interpreting physicians to provide diagnostic findings and summaries.
• Assist in training and supporting teammates and new staff members.
• Participate in clinical research related to prenatal cardiovascular disease.
• Support fetal surgical procedures as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications:

• Associate's Degree in a related field.
• ARDMS certification in Fetal Echocardiography (RDCS-FE).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric echocardiography is preferred.
• Experience with Samsung Hera W10 fetal cardiac systems is advantageous.
