Love the water and ready to make a difference? We’re looking for responsible, dependable Lifeguards to join our team! Must be 18 years or older Strong possibility this position will lead to full-time employment during the 2027 season Join our team and help create a safe, fun environment for everyone! Responsibilities:

• Monitor pool and aquatic areas to ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including performing water rescues and CPR
• Conduct routine safety checks of pool equipment, facilities, and water conditions
• Provide excellent customer service and assist members and guests with questions or concerns
• Maintain accurate incident and accident reports as required
• Participate in regular in-service training and drills to stay sharp on safety protocols

Requirements:

• Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (or equivalent)
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required
• Strong swimming ability and comfort in aquatic environments
• Ability to remain attentive, focused, and calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Previous lifeguarding or aquatics experience preferred but not required
