As a Branch Banker within PNC's retail banking organization, you will be based in Cary, NC at the Preston Corners Branch. Job Description Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Collaborates with partners and positions PNC solutions to increase revenue and loyalty. Drives proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement, delivering a full PNC conversation to identify appropriate solutions, leveraging ecosystem partnerships and Community Centers of Influence. Creates customer loyalty and grows share of wallet through differentiated experience, lobby engagement, and education on transaction options using technology and resources. Applies product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems effectively. Manages risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrates sound judgment, and participates in branch daily operations efficiently.
