Production Assistant

We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Production Assistants to support daily manufacturing and inventory operations in a structured production environment. This role is responsible for maintaining product integrity, traceability, and accurate documentation throughout the production process. This position plays a critical role in ensuring quality standards, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction are maintained at all times. Schedule Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM – Temporary to Hire Position Must be able to work this schedule consistently Responsibilities Transfer, bag, and label products following inspection procedures Pull components using Manufacturing Order (MO) picklists Assemble products according to detailed work instructions Accurately document lot numbers and maintain traceability within the system Log labor hours into Manufacturing Orders as required Pull, count, weigh, and label parts for outside processing Operate production equipment such as counting scales, heat sealers, tray sealers, scanners, and cleaning equipment Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy and organization Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks according to procedures Follow all quality, safety, and documentation standards Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of general work experience required High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree preferred but not required High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely Comfortable working in a structured, team-oriented environment Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Word (Excel a plus) Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 pounds This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values accuracy, and thrives in a production-focused environment.
