Why This Role Stands Out * $24/hour starting pay * Set schedules - no late nights * Leadership role overseeing 20-100 team members * Structured, stable work environment * Professional training and development Schedule * 1st Shift: 3:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. * 2nd Shift: 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. * Weekends required (two days off during the week) * Must be open to 45-hour workweeks (9-hour days) * Training period (4-6 weeks) includes rotating schedules and cross-training What You'll Be Doing * Support daily food service operations in a high-volume setting * Lead, train, and develop teams of 20-100 employees * Assign daily work and help keep operations running smoothly * Conduct inspections during meal service * Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards * Complete reporting and assist with department needs What We're Looking For * Previous leadership experience in a food service environment * Ability to lead and support large teams * Strong communication and leadership skills * Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment * Valid driver's license * ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
