An opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join our growing Building Surveying team covering Somerset and Devon.This full-time, permanent role have flexibility to work across our regional offices and some remote working available.The position is suited to a motivated, qualified Building Surveyor with a minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience and a strong track record. You will undertake a varied workload within a dynamic and rewarding environment, with opportunities for career progression and involvement in business development.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of specificationsContract administration and project managementBuilding condition reportsCosted schedules of workDefect diagnosis and reportingPreparation of dilapidations and condition schedulesParty wall mattersCandidate RequirementsRelevant experience in a similar roleMRICS or MCIOB qualification with at least 3 years’ PQEStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and use initiativeFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleWe offer a competitive salary, generous holiday allowance, pension scheme, and benefits package, commensurate with experience.Greenslade Taylor Hunt is one of the largest firms of Chartered Surveyors, Auctioneers and Estate Agents in the West Country, with a wide range of roles and career opportunities.
