Description Residential Service Plumber JD Precision Plumbing & Air | Conroe, TX | Full-Time JD Precision Plumbing & Air is hiring an experienced, licensed Residential Service Plumber to join our team in Conroe. We're growing fast and need a plumber who can step in, run calls independently, and deliver the kind of service that earns repeat customers and 5-star reviews. You'll diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, explain options clearly to homeowners, and complete work the right way the first time. We take care of our people. Compensation is hourly plus performance incentives on the work you sell and complete, with medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k). This is a stable, year-round position with real room to grow into lead plumber or management as we expand. What you'll do Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems: water heaters, drain and sewer lines, water lines, fixtures, gas lines, and repipes Perform service, repair, and replacement work with quality and code compliance Present clear, honest options to homeowners and stand behind your recommendations Complete accurate job documentation and invoicing in ServiceTitan Maintain a clean, stocked, and safe truck Participate in an on-call rotation Requirements Active Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE) license — Journeyman, Tradesman Plumber-Limited, or Master 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across residential plumbing systems Professional, customer-first communication Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Must be 18 years of age or older to apply JD Precision Plumbing & Air is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Blue Cardinal Home Services Group
