About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for ERM Controls and Assurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing governance, oversight, and reporting for ERM-owned risks, issues, and controls. This role involves driving effective issue management, control governance, assurance activities, and risk assessment processes across enterprise risk management. The Vice President will work closely with ERM leadership, corporate audit, operational risk, compliance, and other stakeholders to strengthen the control environment, drive issue remediation and assessment activities, and deliver reporting and analysis for senior management and governance committees. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include providing governance and oversight of ERM-owned issues, partnering with ERM risk teams to assess control design and effectiveness, and overseeing the maintenance of the ERM control inventory. The role also involves supporting the execution of the ERM Risk Scorecard process, coordinating control environment assessments, and developing analysis and reporting on control effectiveness and issue trends. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in risk management, controls, internal audit, operational risk, regulatory remediation, or assurance functions, with a strong understanding of control frameworks, issue management, and assurance practices. Experience with Archer, RCSA processes, and knowledge of financial services regulatory expectations are preferred. The role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a proven track record in driving cross-functional initiatives.
