Customer Experience Associate (Trenton)

Responsibilities Create an exceptional customer experience with every interaction and contribute to the continued improvement of the overall branch customer experience. Complete a broad range of accurate and efficient financial transactions (e.g., deposits, withdrawals, bill payments). Assist in responding to and resolving customer concerns, escalating when necessary. Identify customer needs, determine solutions, and open a limited range of products/services. Support business objectives by promoting products, advice and banking capabilities. Understand and apply operating policies and procedures and uphold the Bank Code of Conduct. Support the timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures. Escalate non‑standard or high‑risk transactions or activities as required. Participate in process‑improvement opportunities. Ensure due diligence for all customer transactions and activities. Act as a team member, promoting effectiveness, learning, and a positive work environment. Maintain open communication about relevant day‑to‑day activities. Contribute to a fair, positive and equitable workplace that supports a diverse workforce. Serve as a brand champion for the business area and the bank, both internally and externally. Qualifications High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. Post‑Secondary or Undergraduate degree in a related field preferred. Established customer‑service skills for routine and multi‑step transactions. Knowledge of a basic product suite and the ability to recommend established solutions. Good communication skills with composure, ensuring underlying details are understood. Ability to work collaboratively and support cross‑training within the team. Experience & Education High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience; a Post‑Secondary or Undergraduate degree in a related field is preferred.
