Looking to make a difference as an Occupational Therapist in a dynamic educational setting? This rewarding, full-time contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year offers the chance to support elementary students in a vibrant school community near Bremerton, WA. As an on-site Occupational Therapist, you’ll provide essential services to a caseload of 32 elementary students, helping them reach their academic and personal best through targeted interventions.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification required
• Current Washington OT licensure (WA SLP License)
• Completion of fingerprinting through OSPI
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT role preferred
• Strong collaborative skills for working with educators, support staff, and families
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
• Ability to commit to a full-time, in-person schedule (7.5 hours per day) from ASAP through June 11, 2027

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to elementary students at one school site
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, school staff, and families to support student goals
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Help foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
