Convenience Store Assistant Manager

Job Summary: Reeder's Auto & Tire is a family-owned business focused on building meaningful and lasting relationships with our employees and customers. As a C-Store Assistant Manager, you are responsible for providing an excellent customer experience and leading a group of employees to uphold the "Reeder's Standard" while providing "Consistently Great" services. Roles of the C-Store Assistant Manager include understanding all duties of Reeder's Full-Service Drive Attendants and Reeder's Cashiers. Duties of a Cashier include restocking products, operating registers, and maintaining cleanliness of the store. The role of a Full-Service Drive Attendant includes greeting customers with enthusiasm, dispensing gas into vehicles, checking tire pressure, and washing vehicle windows. In addition, C-Store Assistant Managers will be responsible for maintaining inventory for assigned categories and actively participating in the training of new employees.
