We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Agent Team Member at a State Farm independent contractor agency. If you thrive in a public-facing role and are passionate about providing exceptional service, this opportunity may be the perfect fit for you. Our agents exclusively market State Farm Insurance and financial service products. Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-up as needed.
- Employ a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on various insurance options.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to promote suitable products and services.

Employees of State Farm agents are required to successfully complete all applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Acceptance of this position does not guarantee a future agency role with State Farm; a separate selection process will be necessary for pursuing an agency opportunity. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees, and as such, State Farm agents employees are not employees of State Farm.
