Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dietary Cook to join our culinary team at AdviniaCare Orchard View. As a Dietary Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing delicious and nutritious meals for our residents and patients. Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and execute special events, such as holiday meals and theme days
Ensure that all food is served in a timely and appealing manner
Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
Maintain accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and waste
Participate in menu planning and nutritional education programs
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude, providing excellent customer service to our residents, patients, and staff
