HVAC Service Technician – Aire Serv of Brunswick County EXPERIENCED TECH WANTED: 2+ years in the field, Service Titan experience is a big plus, and a work ethic that show. Pay based on experience. You know your way around a system. You show up, diagnose it right the first time, and treat every customer like they're the only one on your schedule. If that's you, we want to talk. We're looking for an experienced tech who's ready to join a team that actually has your back, not another stop on the way to somewhere else. What you'll be doing Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems (light commercial is a plus) Educating customers on what's going on with their system and what their options are, no pressure, just honest info Keeping your work sharp and up to code every time Representing our name well on every call, because that's how we've built our reputation What you bring 2+ years of hands on HVAC experience outside of school Service Titan experience preferred Your own tools, ready to diagnose, repair, and maintain on day one A valid driver's license and a clean driving record The ability to pass a background check and drug test Strong troubleshooting instincts and the confidence to work independently Solid communication skills, you can explain things to a customer without talking over their head Ability to lift 60 lbs. and work in crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops What we bring Company vehicle and fuel card, take it home every night Paid training and continued education, including travel, lodging, and meals if needed iPad or phone with everything you need already loaded on it Uniforms provided, look sharp and represent a name people trust Paid time off and paid holidaysSpiffs, commissions, and performance bonuses on top of your pay #J-18808-Ljbffr Aire Serv of Smith County
