Loan Support Analyst Senior - Agency and GSE Servicing - Midland

Position Overview As a Loan Support Analyst Senior within PNC’s Midland organization, you will be based at the PNC Midland footprint and serve primarily commercial real‑estate loans, including CMBS, balance‑sheet, and agency loans. The role requires applying specialty product knowledge to day‑to‑day servicing, ensuring compliance with loan documents, and maintaining accurate loan servicing records. Job Description Day‑to‑day responsibilities include: Apply specialty product knowledge to servicing a portfolio with elevated borrower relationships and/or complexity. Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements to accurately apply loan terms in all servicing activities. Ensure all servicing activities comply with servicing agreements, loan documentation, internal policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations. Resolve non‑compliant issues through written and verbal communication with internal and external parties. Review and process loan payments, escrows, and reserve account disbursements. Assist in the preparation of periodic reporting, including investor, internal, and regulatory reports. Perform covenant compliance testing and support tax and insurance administration. Execute collection activities on delinquent accounts and may have funds disbursement authority. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date loan servicing records in the servicing system. Support the onboarding of new loans and the transition of paid‑off or transferred loans. Review reports to identify exceptions, ensure quality, and contribute to risk mitigation efforts. Serve as a subject‑matter resource and provide specialty product training as required. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
