We are looking for a Senior Marketing Associate to take ownership of marketing initiatives from concept through execution, spanning digital campaigns, content creation, trade shows, and promotional materials.

The Role: 

• Own marketing projects from concept through execution, managing timelines, deliverables, budgets, and performance tracking. 
• Analyze campaign metrics, lead activity, and engagement data to evaluate results and identify opportunities for improvement. 
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media, email, website content, and digital advertising. 
• Create promotional materials, presentations, product collateral, and digital graphics using Canva while maintaining brand consistency. 
• Coordinate trade shows, industry conferences, product demonstrations, and company events, tracking costs, attendance, and lead generation. 
• Use CRM systems to monitor campaign progress, manage leads, track engagement, and report on marketing performance. 
• Monitor website analytics, SEO performance, and digital engagement to improve visibility and generate qualified leads. 
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to translate technical medical device information into clear, engaging marketing content. 
• Maintain marketing dashboards and reports, using KPIs and campaign results to guide future initiatives and budget decisions. 
• Take initiative in identifying new marketing opportunities, testing strategies, and implementing data-driven improvements that strengthen brand awareness and support business growth.

 

Qualifications:

• 1–2+ years of hands-on marketing experience, including digital campaigns, content development, and brand promotion. 
• Ability to lead projects independently, coordinate resources, and keep multiple initiatives moving forward. 
• Experience interpreting marketing data, monitoring performance metrics, and recommending improvements based on results. 
• Working knowledge of Canva, CRM platforms, email campaigns, and social media tools; trade show or event coordination is a plus. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
