Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Admissions & Marketing Director to lead our census development efforts and oversee the admissions process in a skilled nursing facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily admissions process to ensure timely and appropriate placement of residents
• Develop and execute marketing and census-building strategies to meet occupancy goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and community partners
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and families, guiding them through the admission process
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth transitions and excellent customer service
• Track, analyze, and report admissions and referral data to leadership
• Participate in community outreach, events, and networking opportunities to promote the facility
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies related to admissions and marketing

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in admissions, marketing, or business development in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care referral processes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proficiency with healthcare systems and data tracking tools preferred
