Inventory and Data Entry Associate

Manage order entry processes, ensuring all items are correctly logged and tracked throughout the supply chain. Conduct regular data collection activities, including verifying stock counts, recording discrepancies, and updating records accordingly. Organize and file physical and digital documents related to inventory transactions, maintaining an orderly filing system for quick retrieval. Utilize computer skills such as typing, transcription, and creating pivot tables in Microsoft Excel to analyze inventory trends and generate reports. Support clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and basic math calculations to assist with inventory reconciliation and reporting. Collaborate with team members to improve data accuracy, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with company policies. Skills Proficiency with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis. Strong computer skills with the ability to perform accurate typing and transcription tasks efficiently. Experience with data entry, order processing, and clerical functions within an office or manufacturing environment. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining precise records. Basic math skills for inventory calculations, adjustments, and reconciliations. Familiarity with filing systems—both digital and physical—and data collection techniques. Prior office experience or clerical experience preferred to support administrative functions effectively.
